My healing journey began from a deep inner call:
to reclaim safety, connection, and a life of purpose after decades of violence and abuse.
For over 13 years, I’ve shared and studied many healing modalities through my work, but Breathwork remains at the center. It is truly one of the most potent practices I’ve found for cultivating healing and self-awareness at the root level.
I’ve had the honor of training closely with David Elliott, a master Breathwork healer & teacher, and have received his blessing to carry this lineage forward by training others.
